Jeff Mah, Business Lead, Business Productivity Practice

With iomer from day one, Jeff has been leading application and web-based projects since 1995. He has delivered solutions for a diverse group of organizations and associations in public sector, financial services, high-tech, manufacturing, and industrial and consumer products. Jeff uses a practical, user-focused approach when addressing business challenges. He provides solutions that make the most of available technology to improve processes, reduce costs, and create new opportunities.

Throughout his experience as a developer and business analyst Jeff has become involved in all stages of system development/re-development, at both the conceptual and detailed levels of those projects.  This broad experience has given him the insight required to accurately strategize new system development efforts using n-tier based architecture, including Microsoft .NET.  The projects Jeff has been involved in span transitioning existing applications and databases to the n-tier web based paradigm, integrating and interfacing various cross-corporate applications to facilitate workflow, planning, designing and leading development efforts on new high availability, high capacity applications, as well as more conventional application development.

Jeff has been involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to system design and establishing development standards; from application development and leading user acceptance testing to user documentation/manual preparation; and from implementation planning to implementation-training and post-implementation evaluation.
