Mike Hebert, Technical Lead, E-Business Practice

As the Technical Architect and Practice Lead for the E-Business Architecture and Application Development Practice, Mike Hebert specializes in building custom business applications using Microsoft tools and server products. With years of software development experience, Mike is well versed in business analysis and the full software development life cycle. He effectively uses his technical ability and broad experience to help businesses achieve their strategic goals with software solutions.

Throughout his experience as a Systems Architect and Project Leader Mike has become involved in all stages of system development/re-development, at both the conceptual and detailed levels of those projects.  This broad experience has given him the insight required to accurately strategize new system development efforts using n-tier based architecture, including Microsoft .NET.

Mike has worked on projects that span across many different disciplines: transitioning existing applications and databases to the n-tier web based paradigm; integrating and interfacing various cross-corporate applications to facilitate workflow; planning, designing and leading development efforts on new high availability, high capacity applications; and more conventional application development.

Mike is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD). The MCSD for Microsoft .NET credential is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions, using Microsoft development tools and technologies as well as the Microsoft .NET Framework. He holds a Bachelor of Science, with Specialization in Computing Science from the University of Alberta.
