Knowledge centre
One governed home for every procedure and guide
Hazel holds your procedures: one approved version of each, and who has read it.
Policy management and attestation
Every policy current, and every sign-off on record
Beacon holds your policy rules: who signs which version, and by when.
Employee onboarding
One onboarding plan for every new hire, manager and team
Journey holds your onboarding rules: which steps each new hire gets, and who signs them off.
Everyday impact
Each accelerator makes one person's regular work day easier: a new hire in their first week, a team lead fielding the same questions all day, a policy owner fixing a critical typo. That's the whole point. No transformation programme required.
More accelerators are coming soon. Ask us what's next.
Your rules, in your systems
Who approves what, who signs which version, which steps a new hire gets and who can see what used to live in people's heads, inboxes and binders. Now they're settings in Entra ID, SharePoint and Power Automate, and Copilot and agents act on whatever those systems hold. So the rules have to be right, current and on record.
Why it matters more now
An agent working from out-of-date knowledge is a confident liar with your name on it. The model isn’t the difference. Your data, information and knowledge are what drive results: your procedures, policies, rules and decisions. Keeping them current, owned and approved is now mission-critical, and it’s the work iomer does, one accelerator at a time.
AI is new. Accountability isn’t.

Experience, built in
Each accelerator already handles the problems we've seen trip organizations up, so you don't have to discover them yourself. Three examples:
Hazel
Authors can't approve their own procedures, each stage needs a different approver, and staff keep seeing the approved version while a draft is in review.
Beacon
A minor change, like a broken link, keeps existing sign-offs. A real change asks people to sign again, and shows them what changed first.
Journey
Field safety onboarding is added by a rule on location and job role in Entra ID, so nobody has to remember who needs it.
Go live in five steps
As your needs change, iomer builds and installs a new version of your package, so changes reach your tenant the same tested way.
